Best Lawn Tractors Reviews

1. Cub Cadet XT1 Enduro Series Kohler

Cub’s lowest end machine still ends up being a great choice for those looking for a quality tractor but don’t want to spend too much on one. It’s an overall great machine that has good ability to take care of uneven ground in an smooth fashion. It has a strong engine and is quite easy to maintain.

If you’re looking for a tractor that will last you for years with high durability then the  Cub Cadet XT1 is for you. Reliable and great for the job, you’d be crazy to not consider this garden tractor for your needs.

2. Husqvarna 960450057 GTH52XLS 24V Hydro Pedal Tractor Mower, 52″/Twin

If your’e familiar with tractors you’ve definitely heard of the brand Husqvarna as they have a ton of nice models. While their products aren’t the cheapest, they make up for it in quality. The Hydro Pedal in particular is a heavy duty tractor that has immense power – it can even go up hills with a 33% slope.

Have some hills you need to take care of? This Huqvarna option mows well even uphill with ease, with locking wheels that have great grip. It’s tough and durable and you’ll easily be able to go through piles of leaves and sticks. Unfortunately, there are some complaints about the wheels not being greased so this may be something you’ll want to take care of.

3. Troy-Bilt Mustang 46 22HP 46-Inch Zero-Turn Mower

A well made tractor with an awesome owner manual that’ll help you maintain your tractor and even serve as  a mini tutorial for your tractor.  It’s  a mower that works well and is easy to both clean and operate.

Unfortunately, the grip could be improved. While going up and down the hill is fine the real issue is when the tractor is going sideways and around the hill. It takes a bit of time to get used to, but once you do you’ll realize how much fun it is to drive this thing.

4.Husqvarna LGT2654 26 HP Hydro Light Garden Tractor, 54-Inch

At 54 inches across this tractor is wider than others in the class. As a riding lawn mower it’s pretty easy to use. It does take time to used to, but it’s fairly easy to get the hang of. One of the best things about this is the reverse option, which will still cut in reverse. This features is a HUGE time saver and is essential for any riding mower/tractor.

It’s good for small hills as well, but might not be able to traverse the bigger ones as well. It’s well built and is clearly made to last. Although it’s better to store it away from the elements, it looks like it would last okay in the rain and sun.

Where it really excels is it’s ability to handle the open field. It’ll zip in and out, cutting with efficiency and ease. It’s also comfortable to ride – the seat itself has springs and will handle a lot of the shock from riding around.

It’s also extremely maneuverable.  Despite the size it has surprisingly good turning power and radius so you can make tight turns easily. It’s a tractor worthy of consideration if you have lots of flat land. However, if you have a very hilly property then this is not ideal.
